Before you connect
Keep your phone number, home address, financial details and verification codes private. Be cautious if a profile pushes quickly to another app, asks for money, or refuses to respect your boundaries. A profile or match is not a background check or guarantee of identity.
When you make a plan
For a first meeting, choose a known public event. Check the event details independently, arrange your own transport, tell a trusted person where you are going, and keep a way to leave. You can cancel at any time.
At the event
Stay aware of your surroundings and belongings. Do not leave drinks unattended. If you feel uncomfortable, move toward venue staff or people you trust and leave. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
If something goes wrong
Block the member and report the profile or conversation. Include dates and relevant details; avoid sharing more sensitive information than needed. Email support@kismets.in if the in-app control is unavailable. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or venue security.
How moderation works
Reports help us review possible violations. We may restrict accounts or preserve relevant records while investigating. We cannot monitor every interaction or guarantee another member’s conduct.
