Who may join
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and use your own account. We may ask for information needed to check eligibility or investigate misuse.
What the service does
Garba Together helps adults discover possible Garba partners or groups, express interest, and plan public outings. A request, match, message or suggested plan does not guarantee that another person will respond, attend, or behave as expected. Members arrange their own travel, event entry and meeting details.
Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. You give us permission to host, display and process that content as needed to operate the service and your chosen visibility settings. Only upload content you have the right to use. Follow the Community Guidelines and Safety Guide; do not harass, impersonate, defraud, spam or share another person’s private information.
Fees and access
The displayed fee is ₹99 once for Garba Together access. It is charged at the final signup step, and access is activated only after verified payment. Read the Payments & Refunds Policy before checkout. Event tickets, travel and other expenses are separate.
Moderation and availability
We may limit visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect members or the service. We may change or interrupt features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Contact support@kismets.in if you believe a decision was made in error.
Disputes and updates
Contact us first so we can review a concern. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any court or forum with jurisdiction. We will post material changes with an updated effective date.
